I recently stayed at Impero Hotel in Cantello for one night while driving from Germany to Tuscany. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi was excellent. The attached restaurant provided a nice dinner, and the breakfast buffet in the morning had a good variety of fresh options. The hotel also had a convenient car park and a gym in the basement level. It was the perfect stop for our journey.

Very friendly owner. Restaurant very good indeed although slightly more expensive than we are used to further South. The swordfish I had was very good indeed and my wife though her sole was excellent.

Air-condicioner didn't work.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel. The beautiful furnishings and tasteful color scheme gave a sense of luxury and sophistication. The general areas were well-maintained and spotlessly clean, making it a pleasure to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The staff were always ready to assist me with my luggage and ensure that I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

I would have preferred if the hotel had more activities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have organized outings or events that catered to our interests and provided opportunities for socializing with other seniors.

The price was reasonable and the location was excellent. The rooms were clean. The restaurant food was very delicious!

Located close to the Autobahn and easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Good WiFi and convenient car parking. Delicious dinner at the restaurant.

The owner was a lovely man, helped us with everything. Room was nicely decorated and clean. The restaurant was really good, and seemed very popular with the locals.

Not very easy to find with the GPS, breakfast wasn't great, and didn't have enough highchairs at the restaurant - only one and it was taken.

Large an spacious bed room and bath room, everything was very clean. A large supermarket is located just across the street.

The staff doesn't speak any other language than Italian, but they are very friendly. On check out, there were irritations about the price we have to pay, but this was solved in a minute (= keep your print-out of your reservation with you!)

What a treat! I got to relax in the wellness center and indulge in the buffet breakfast. Plus, free WiFi and parking made me feel like a VIP.

The hilarious part was when I discovered that the "free WiFi" wasn't working. Who needs internet anyway?

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with fair prices for the food and wines in the restaurant. The staff provides a very friendly welcome and the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and convenient bathrooms. Additionally, the location is very convenient for those attending weddings at the nearby Madonnina resort, as it is in close proximity. The breakfast at this hotel has a great variety and includes delicious Italian coffee.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, with nothing to improve upon.

The man is really very nice, even he can only speak a little English, the lady in reception is also very helpful, nice hotel, nice room, especially nice person, we stay there even have our Chinese fri rice, the boss lend the kitch to us to cook it, and prepair the eggs and rice. It's really so touching after many days of western food.

Had Christmas at a hotel in Italy. The food was delicious and the spa was enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

The spa area was cold and uncomfortable. Guests must pay extra to enter the spa area.
