The staff was lovely and super and the place was clean. The room was clean and exceptionally nice, had central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV, I appreciated it. The hotel was in a marvellous and incredible location, in the area to do. The service was attentive, the food was DELICIOUS. Moreover, I was offered free Wi-Fi throughout the property, which allowed to work from the venue.

The venue is reasonably spacious and clean. the staff is outstandingly helpful and provides excellent value. the breakfast offers a great selection of eggs and cheese. the rooms are reasonably large, perfect, and equipped with a comfortable bed and a convenient bathroom. I had a really enjoyable stay for 1 night.

our stay was a such great experience. the hotel itself was gorgeous and clean and the staff were good, it had favourable location right next door is a big supermarket.

I recently stayed at Impero Hotel in Cantello for one night while driving from Germany to Tuscany. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi was excellent. The attached restaurant provided a nice dinner, and the breakfast buffet in the morning had a good variety of fresh options. The hotel also had a convenient car park and a gym in the basement level. It was the perfect stop for our journey.

Very friendly owner. Restaurant very good indeed although slightly more expensive than we are used to further South. The swordfish I had was very good indeed and my wife though her sole was excellent.

The hotel was excellent and clean with free Wi-Fi. It had a great selection of meals for breakfast, including eggs and cheese. - the venue was in an unbeatable location adjacent to both Lugano and Como lakes, and Como.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel. The beautiful furnishings and tasteful color scheme gave a sense of luxury and sophistication. The general areas were well-maintained and spotlessly clean, making it a pleasure to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The staff were always ready to assist me with my luggage and ensure that I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

I would have preferred if the hotel had more activities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have organized outings or events that catered to our interests and provided opportunities for socializing with other seniors.

The price was reasonable and the location was excellent. The rooms were clean. The restaurant food was very delicious!

Located close to the Autobahn and easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Good WiFi and convenient car parking. Delicious dinner at the restaurant.

The owner was a lovely man, helped us with everything. Room was nicely decorated and clean. The restaurant was really good, and seemed very popular with the locals.

Not very easy to find with the GPS, breakfast wasn't great, and didn't have enough highchairs at the restaurant - only one and it was taken.

Large an spacious bed room and bath room, everything was very clean. A large supermarket is located just across the street.

The staff doesn't speak any other language than Italian, but they are very friendly. On check out, there were irritations about the price we have to pay, but this was solved in a minute (= keep your print-out of your reservation with you!)
